Our lighting products are crafted with premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring a longer lifespan and making every purchase truly worthwhile.We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all eligible lighting products (excluding light bulbs).

- Applies to all products (excluding bulbs) with a 1-year warranty.

- If a product fails due to quality issues within 1 year, we will provide a free replacement (installation costs not included).
- Shipping costs for warranty replacement will be covered by the seller.
- After 1 year, the product is no longer covered under warranty.
- Warranty does not include refunds, only replacements.
⚠️ Warranty Exclusions
The 1-year limited warranty does not cover the following:
❌ Physical damage (drops, water exposure, incorrect installation, modifications).
❌ Damage due to natural disasters (earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.).
❌ Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., scratches, cosmetic issues).
❌ Customer modifications, repairs, or unauthorized servicing.
❌ Returns due to personal preference, incorrect size, or style mismatch.
📩 How to Claim a Warranty Replacement

2️⃣ Provide proof: Attach clear photos or videos showing the product defect.
3️⃣ Verification & Processing:
- We will review your claim within 1-3 business days.
- If the defect is confirmed, a free replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
- If the issue does not qualify as a product defect, you may choose a paid repair or replacement option.
Note: Light bulbs are not covered under our 1-Year Warranty.
Light bulbs are considered consumable components and are more prone to damage during shipping or regular use. Due to their fragile nature and expected lifespan variation, they are not eligible for warranty claims. However, if your bulbs arrive damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package for a replacement.
