Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: We offer an industry-leading 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty on all light fixtures. Because our products feature replaceable bulb designs (E26/E27 etc.) rather than built-in LEDs, the structural and electrical components are extremely durable and built to last.
Q: What is covered under the 3-year warranty?
A: The warranty covers all structural integrity, metal finishes (anti-rust), sockets, and internal wiring. It does not cover the light bulbs (as they are consumables) or damage caused by improper installation.
Q: What if the glass shade or a part breaks during shipping?
A: Don’t worry! If any part arrives broken, just email us photos of the damage within 48 hours.We will ship out free replacement parts immediately.
Q: How do I start a return?
