Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

ImDGR lighting fixtures purchased directly from imdgr.com are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to lighting fixtures only. Light bulbs and other replacement light sources are not covered under this 1-Year Limited Warranty, whether purchased separately or included with a lighting fixture.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in the lighting fixture that arise during normal residential use within the warranty period.

If we confirm that an issue is covered, we may provide a replacement part, replace the product, or issue a refund if a reasonable replacement solution is not available.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Light bulbs or other replacement light sources
  • Normal wear, cosmetic changes, scratches, or minor finish variation
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Damage caused by use in outdoor, wet, damp, or high-humidity locations unless the product page expressly states that the fixture is suitable for such use
  • Installation, removal, reinstallation, electrician, contractor, or other labor costs
  • Indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by applicable law

Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Defective Items Upon Delivery

If a lighting fixture, light bulb, or replacement light source arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective upon delivery, please contact us promptly after delivery. These issues are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, rather than this limited warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim for a lighting fixture, contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem.

Please do not discard, repair, alter, or return the product unless instructed by us.

Additional Terms

Any replacement part or replacement product provided under this warranty remains covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This limited warranty is separate from our Return and Refund Policy and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
